I used MBP to audit my self storage location. J. came into town the night before and review my property, did a detailed review of all lights and signage, took pictures of how the property looks to customers were my staff aren’t onsite. He then surveyed my competition the same way and showed me how we compare, both at night and during the day. We were quickly able to establish several points that were causing us problems with leasing units and a bunch of maintenance issues that would be simple to fix and would have a good impact on the quality of our location. I liked how MBP offered a 36 page report with pictures detailing everything that we did that day and they also worked to get several quotes for the repairs from local vendors and followed up to make sure the work was fully completed. We will definitely be calling them in annually to help us stay on top of everything and make sure we maximize our money!
